Talent Hunt

As part of our attempts to bring positive social change through non-material development, TFA is
going to launch “Talent Hunt” component. Through this component we want to explore, support and bring the local talent to light. We believe in the capabilities and native skills of our youth. “Talent Hunt” will provide the talented youth with an opportunity to show their talent to the world that needs it. This component has the following objectives:

• To build up and promote an opportunity structure for local talent
• To support and promote culture of creativity, innovation and improvement in arts, science, technology, and social life

This component of TFA consists of various talent exploration campaigns like painting competitions, speech competitions, singing competitions, innovation submission, invention submission, writing competitions, art and craft exhibitions, and much more. The most perfect performers from village/community/U.C level will ultimately be given opportunity to exhibit their skills at provincial and national level.

Apart from wining many prizes and awards, the participants will be given an opportunity to employ their skills and capabilities for the development of the country. All we will do is to introduce the talent on a national level.

How it works?

Talent Hunt works on campaign model. Everyone, who is an individual or part of any organization, institution, firm or company, can fill a registration form to get registered for this component. After registration, our Talent Hunt Coordinator will contact you and inform you about further process. Talent Hunt is a revolving component- there are no fix dates for various types of campaigns and activities.

Every participant must appear in U.C level competitions first. Only recommend candidates will be allowed to appear in nest level competitions. Rewards, prizes and certificates will be given to the prominent participants at every level.

How can register himself / herself with this component?

Any individual who is either an independent individual or a part of any school, college, organization, or institution can apply for the registration. The applicant must possess a special skill or capability like painting, speech, art, design, craft, singing, invention, writing etc. The schools, college, institutions, organizations, clubs, etc can apply for their students, workers or employees.
